UAE – Abu Dhabi police chiefs met recently to discuss mutual policing coordination and force integration in a bid to provide the best standards of security for the public.
Under discussion were the means to develop competencies and skills between different police departments. They also tackled the means to promote police work, support the efforts to spread a sense of security and safety, guarantee preparedness, and boost competencies building. The meeting also called for making use of all available resources to upgrade work standards according to the latest practices, and to elaborate developmental plans and initiatives.
The meeting was attended by Brigadier Omair Al Muhairi, Director of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, Brigadier Sheikh Mohammad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Director General of Security and Ports Affairs, and a number of high ranking officers.
