UK – Kings Security Systems in the UK has secured a multimillion-pound funding package from Yorkshire Bank, replacing an existing facility from another provider.
The Bradford business provides security products and services to a range of premises from individual homes to large retail estates.
“Yorkshire Bank has demonstrated a detailed understanding of our businesses, along with the ability to assist with both the immediate and longer term banking requirements of the company,” said Anthony King, managing director at Kings Security Systems.
“The bank has delivered a funding package tailored to our needs, and we are delighted that we now have facilities in place for the medium term.”
Top banking team
Yorkshire Bank director John Bullock and senior director Sean Hale, from the bank’s specialist and acquisition finance team led the transaction, alongside director Andy Bissett and relationship manager Anthony Hargrave of the invoice finance team.
John Bullock said Yorkshire Bank had been chosen from a strong field to provide the facility to Kings Security Systems.
“We view Kings as a dynamic company with a focus on delivering integral services to both businesses and consumers,” said Bullock.
